Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full exchange or refund,less shipping charges, within 5 days of receipt. Please note that items must be in un-used, un-worn and un-washed condition and must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) .

If you weren't completely satisfied with your order and decide you want an exchange or refund, the process is simple:

1. Contact Customer Support via phone or email to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specify whether you want a replacement or a refund.
2. Write the RMA number on the packing slip and include the slip in your return package.

You will be notified when your goods are received at our facilities, after which, it typically takes 7-10 days for your card or account to be credited if refund has been requested.
